Student answer (Band 5.0)
The researching about the home or building they live is become interesting, because they have an curicity to know about the house or building they stay.
In addition to this, sometime people went to know about the history. In some cases, people went to know the truth of the development there previous generation done and some people went to find out the mustry the house or building they live. In most of the case we know that, if there are two or more siblings are resource about the building or house they live, so they can separate their own property.
To illustrate this point,we can say about the property seperation among the siblings is most common in the Asia continent, And sometimes it violace the government rules for example they fight against with brother or sister or other family person. Sometime also the village or society people.
Moreover, to find out the history about the establishment they stay they take the help of the government, sometimes they did it with their own experience or taking the local people. However most of the time they must have to take the help of the local sate government landscape worker, because this type of work are illegal in some country if the history is bigger or it have some previous issue.
On balance i firmly believe that, the reason for the researching about the history they live is the good choice of research. Because by this they can know there house or building history.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions by suggesting reasons for researching a building’s past and mentioning possible sources of information. The ideas about curiosity, family property division, and consulting local people or government workers are relevant. However, the reasons are not clearly distinguished or sufficiently explained: the discussion of siblings and property disputes is difficult to follow, and the claim that research may be illegal is not supported or clarified. The response also lacks a clear, developed position; the conclusion mainly repeats that learning a building’s history is a good choice. To strengthen the response, explain a small number of reasons in detail and give a clear, practical account of how records, archives, or knowledgeable residents could help people investigate a property’s history.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: the opening introduces the topic, the middle paragraphs discuss reasons and research methods, and the final paragraph attempts a conclusion. Basic linking expressions such as “In addition to this,” “Moreover,” and “On balance” show an effort to connect ideas. However, progression is not consistently clear, and several points are placed together without explaining their relationship. For example, the discussion moves from siblings dividing property to government rules and village residents, leaving the central point unclear. References such as “there” and “this type of work” are also difficult to interpret. Use one paragraph for reasons and another for research methods, with each paragraph developing a clear main idea and using more precise references.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The response includes some topic-related vocabulary, including “history,” “development,” “property,” and “government,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, word-form, and spelling errors make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “curicity” for curiosity, “mustry” for mystery, “seperation” for separation, and “violace” for violate. Phrases such as “the history about the establishment they stay” and “local sate government landscape worker” are not natural or clear. Build a more accurate set of expressions for this topic, such as property records, previous owners, local archives, and historical documents, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “because” and “if.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction frequently make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “The researching … is become interesting” has an incorrect subject and verb form, while “if there are two or more siblings are resource” contains a faulty clause structure. In “they must have to take the help,” the modal construction is also incorrect. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then combine them using subordinate clauses. Pay particular attention to subject–verb agreement, past and present forms, articles, and avoiding multiple verbs where only one is needed.
