Nowadays, many people are becoming increasingly interested in learning about the history of the houses or buildings they live in. first I described about the Reasons why peoples doing this and after this I talk about how can individuals research this.
The main reason of people who know their house or building history where they live is curiosity. Higher amount of people have interest to know the history. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the interest in building history and methods for researching it. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, while you mention 'curiosity' and 'historical value' as reasons, these points are not fully expanded upon. The examples provided, such as the mention of a 'famous personality' or 'Hindu family', are relevant but lack depth. To improve, ensure that each reason is supported by a more detailed explanation of why these factors matter to people today. The structure is clear, but the content remains at a basic level of development.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices like 'Firstly', 'another reason', and 'In conclusion'. However, the transitions between sentences are sometimes mechanical or repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'For example' and 'Example is that'. Additionally, some sentences are disjointed, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'he has significant identification of your house'. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother flow between ideas would enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary used is adequate to convey your meaning but is quite basic and repetitive. There are several instances of awkward word choices, such as 'becoming attractive in knowing' instead of 'becoming interested in learning', and 'family interest also forced to know'. You attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'ownership records' and 'historical value', but the range is limited. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more precise collocations and a wider variety of vocabulary to express your ideas with greater sophistication and accuracy.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('peoples doing this', 'this offices contains'), incorrect verb tenses ('who are lived'), and missing articles or prepositions. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are persistent and occur in almost every sentence. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, particularly subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles, before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
