It is because they have the ability or curiosity of being know such a things, like, known about their home history. I my opinion the individuals want to know their house history to know how it has been build? what kind of material had been used? when it is build ? etc. They want to know everything about their home from building block or bricks to becoming a home. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt, but the development is significantly hindered by a lack of clarity and structure. While you mention reasons for interest in house history (curiosity, historical significance) and provide an example of research (talking to family), the ideas are not fully extended or supported. The second part of the prompt—how people can research this—is barely touched upon, as the narrative shifts into a personal anecdote about a 'hunted house' rather than explaining research methods like archives, public records, or local libraries. The response is underdeveloped and lacks a clear, academic tone.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay lacks a clear logical progression. Paragraphing is present but the content within the paragraphs is disjointed. The transition between the general reasons for interest and the specific anecdote about 'Hamza' is abrupt and confusing. Cohesive devices are used in a very mechanical and often incorrect way (e.g., 'In my opinion the individuals want to know...'). The narrative at the end is fragmented and does not flow logically, making it difficult for the reader to follow the intended argument. The lack of a concluding paragraph further weakens the overall structure.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, often relying on basic structures. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'being know such a things' and 'hunted house' (intended: haunted house). The phrasing is often unnatural, which occasionally impedes the reader's understanding. There is little evidence of an attempt to use less common or academic vocabulary. To improve, you should focus on learning collocations and ensuring that words are used in their correct grammatical form.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response contains frequent grammatical errors that often cause difficulty for the reader. Issues include incorrect verb tenses ('how it has been build', 'when it is build'), subject-verb agreement, and sentence fragments. The range of structures is limited, and attempts at complex sentences are consistently faulty. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the use of semicolons and commas. The high frequency of errors throughout the text significantly impacts the clarity of the message.
