TASK-2

In this modernized era, individuals are being engage to find about pre history of the accomodation where they are living. In this essay, will articulate some reasons for why this practuis did by people and suggest some ways for investigate the previous context of their residential building.

To commence with, although there are numerous reasons to perform such exercises by masses to finding about the history of home, the prominent one is property value and renovation to get insights where building stands. To explain it more, old houses often needed repairs and by knowing the history like what type of material used in its construction. Moreover, if residence is old and in good condition than it is highly instrumental to and value for money. To exemplify, in New York city, by doing redevelopments a person sold his house for 2 million dollars because the building is listed as heritage house which the purchased just for 1 million 5 years ago. Therefore, he doubled his money by finding out history and set example for other to get influence by him.

Strengthen further, eventhough people can research home history by implementing an array of methods, the reliable one is to check land history through original documents which provided by owner during ownership. To elaborate, these documents contain enormous amount of information regarding previous owners and building dates when it was actually constructed. Either people can consult to locals like neighbourhood and libraries but this going to take huge time of them. For an instance, in India, a person can find through search engine about home history through Municipal Corporation office or on website too. Therefore, these documents are more trustworthy instead of asking neighbourhoods as they might be provide inaccurate information.

To conclude with, while there are several reason for researching home history but people do for financial reason and longevity of home by several reconstruction. Despite being old, its value is high and its information can be found through online and offline official documents of property about its exact date of when house was actually built.
