People have a lot of interest in searching the History of house or building where they are living in some countries. The reason behind this is people want to know about the old people how they made houses and I think people can research about it by questioning old people that are living in todays modern life and read about the history.
Talking about history in todays life meant that talkers are interested to know about their grand parents lifestyle and activities. Reason behind this phenomenon that people from some countries wants to know about the history of houses is that people are curious to think that how old people got idea of constructing the buildings as it contains a story behind this . Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, but the development is quite limited. The ideas regarding why people research building history (curiosity about the past, technological differences) are repetitive and lack depth. The suggestions for research (questioning elders, using Google) are also quite basic. Furthermore, the response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which negatively impacts the overall task completion. To improve, you should expand on your points with specific examples or more detailed explanations to ensure the response is fully developed and meets the length requirement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical progression is weak. The transition between ideas is often abrupt, and the use of cohesive devices is mechanical and sometimes inaccurate (e.g., 'The most chances of reason of this thinking can be that...'). Referencing is occasionally unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of arguments. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus that connects logically to the next.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive. You frequently use simple words like 'people', 'history', and 'research' without demonstrating a range of synonyms or more sophisticated academic vocabulary. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'talkers are interested' instead of 'individuals are interested' or 'history art of construction books'. To reach a higher band, you need to incorporate more precise, topic-specific vocabulary and avoid repeating the same basic terms throughout the essay.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('people... wants to know'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, which hinders readability. While there is an attempt at complex structures, they are often faulty and contain errors that can cause some difficulty for the reader. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring correct subject-verb agreement, and proofreading for punctuation errors.
