In some countries, more and more people are becoming interested in finding out about the history of the house or building they live in.

What are the reasons for this?

How can people research this?

Student answer (Band 5.5)

In recent years, people are showing more interest towards the history especially in finding out the details of their buildings in which they live in. This essay will discuss the main reasons behind this growing interest.

One of the significant reason behind this growing interest is, because there want to know about the structure of their builidng in which their ancestors was lived. In ancient time most of the buildings are occupied by kings of the country, so their ideas and designs were far different from us. People want to know their ideas and implement to their constuction which gives them a unique look among all other buildings in the country. As a result, many elderly people gets attracted to this type of development and will recall their memories which give them a pleasure and felt emotional.

Furthermore, they are more others reasons where people showing their interest in finding out the history of their houses. for instance people wants to know the stories behind the changes in the development of their buildings, moreover they want to know about the people were living before them. In addition, they want to know the prices of their building how they vary from now. people can ask their grandmother or grandfather to tell the history of the buildings as they are from 20th century or 19th century, they know well about the history. Other than that, people can visite the nearby library where they can find the books related to the history of their country. Additionally, they can also search through web browser where they can find the entire history of their country and I recommend that this would be the simplest way to research about the history of their buildings in which they live in. For instance, I often use chrome or google to find out the history of my country, which always save my time and provide the accurate information. I passed this to my grandchilderns like a story, as a result they are more fascinated towards history. This shows, in future most of the people will have the interest in history, which is hertiage from their ancestors.

To sum up, growing interest in history become the most significant factor among people in future. This is the positive interest where people are aquiring the tradtional culture in modern era, which became the great impact on their childrens keeping them connected with the history.
