IELTS Writing Task 2 question
In some countries, more and more people are becoming interested in finding out about the history of the house or building they live in.
What are the reasons for this?
How can people research this?

Student answer (Band 5.0)
In numerous countries much of the citizens are becoming curious in searching out the history of the house or building where they live. The particular reason for this is nowadays technology is growing and materialist products are getting modern day by day, so people are more fascinating to reasearch about the old history like the history of their accomodations. Residents can findout this by connecting with older people who were close to their houses.
The highlighted reason for this is people are just watching updated things around them, they are becoming use to of modern era and its digital concept, so reasidents of few countries are very curious to findout something related to the history of their houses or residential buildings. This is becoming trend in most of the societies that they want to get some information regarding their pasts, and urban citizens feel proud to be aware with the history of their houses.
Residents can findout their house or building history by going rear to the people who know the relative of their houses and are living from a long time close to their houses. I know a person of our village who migrated from city, he was really curious to get details of his house, so he went to a old man of our village who knows every single detail of all the houses in the village. That old man told him everthing related to that house even about anscesstors of the house.
