In some countries, more and more people are becoming interested in finding out about the history of the house or building they live in.

What are the reasons for this?

Student answer (Band 5.5)

It is argue that, in various countries a significant number of individuals is fascinated to get the knowledge of the history of place where they live bacause of their architectural preservation and the value of the property. They can get information on it by using modern technology and old historical books.

First and foremost, the ancient buildings reflects the wonderful art work of their architectures and insists the public to discover more about their historical reputation. Moreover, the people who lives in old houses they are keen of to get knowledge who have constructed this house. The property value of ancient buildings is more then compare to modern buildings because of its pure material and layout. For instance, the Roman kings constructed amazing buildings and the substational proportion of Roman population is currently living in these buildings. They are intrested to find how their ancestors build these marvelous buildings and also the range of price of these buildings.

Furthermore, the public can collect information about these buildings from libraries where some books of where sage describes the construction process of these old buildings. In addittion, modern technology can also assist people to find the construction periods of these buildings and also the metal quality and goods that was used to built these structures. For example, a modern technology khown as " Radiocarbon Dating " is widely used to observe construction period of these buildings.

In conclusion, the people wanted to know about their ancestoral buildings because of its build procedure and money value and can also use many resources to get information.
