Student answer (Band 4.5)
It is argued that in estimate countries, increasingly people are becoming interested in resulting out about the old of the house or building they live in. This essay agree with the statement.
The main reasons showed that they know about hosue or building secuurity because this fraud or not. If people can't do this the old owner take over the house from yourself. So it is highly recomended that you find out the history of your house where you live now at. Take an example of Gujranwala, where people face to this problem. They buy their new house to the builders and did not know anything about their house. the first owner of the house occupied their house back from them.
People can research this by government, neighbors and oldest people of this area who lived there from childhood. They go to the office of development authority where you know the every history of the house or building where you live now. take an example of pakistani family, they buy their house but they didn't about history of their new house then they go to the office of devolpment authority and know the everything about his new house which was a frau. so they cancel out their deal with old owner.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response addresses the task only minimally, and importantly, the length requirement is NOT met. The response contains 203 words, falling 47 words short of the 250-word minimum (with 8 words copied from the prompt excluded). While the writer attempts to discuss reasons for researching building history and methods for doing so, the ideas remain very limited and under-developed. The position is not always clear, and the examples provided (such as properties in Gujranwala or dealing with fraudulent sellers) are simplistic and lack sufficient elaboration. To move to a higher level, the writer would need to meet the word count requirement and fully develop their main arguments with well-supported explanations and specific, logical examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
Information and ideas are not arranged coherently. The text shows some basic attempts at organization, such as dividing the response into an introduction and body paragraphs, but there is no clear overall progression of ideas. Cohesive devices are minimal, inadequate, and sometimes confusingly used, such as abrupt shifts between points without clear logical links. Referencing is also weak, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of argument. To achieve a higher score, the writer needs to establish a clearer logical structure, use paragraphing more effectively to group related ideas, and apply a wider range of appropriate cohesive devices to connect sentences and paragraphs smoothly.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, reflecting a limited range that strains the reader at times. There are noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and word formation throughout the text, such as 'estimate countries', 'resulting out', and 'devolpment authority'. These lexical inadequacies and inaccuracies impede smooth communication. To improve lexical resource, the student should expand their vocabulary range, focus on learning correct collocations and word forms, and practice accurate spelling of common academic terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response displays a very limited range of grammatical structures. Simple sentence forms dominate, and attempts at more complex structures are frequently faulty, leading to distorted meanings in places. Errors in verb forms, tenses, article usage, and prepositions are frequent and cause considerable difficulty for the reader, for instance in sentences like 'The main reasons showed that they know about hosue or building secuurity because this fraud or not.' To progress to a higher band, the writer must improve sentence construction accuracy, demonstrate better control over basic and complex grammatical patterns, and reduce the frequency of fundamental grammatical errors.
