Student answer (Band 5.5)
undoubtedly in this modern era deep history getting disappeared because of new technologies.where in few nations most of people are becoming excited in searching out about past of house or building the stay in . as my prespective there are various reasons of this statement and multiple ways to find out the history which elobrate on upcoming paragraph
to commence with most of the multitued are intrusted in finding out the history there are multiple reasons to know about past of house first and foremost one is individuals get to know about structure of the building from which material it was made in earlier time which helps individuals to make a new structure of a house besides this some buildings have intrusting facts in their past like stories of king and the family living their before by which multitued can create a story on their house or building by which their property get popular and increase price of it
however there are numerous ways to research about this firstly they can ask from previous land owner or from neighbours because they have more imformation about that building and individuals get exact imformation apart from this multitueds can learn from books and videos on intrent about some properties which give them a clear story of their house
to conclude that it is healthier to learn history about house or building by which multitued get imformation about structure of building whereas mutiple ways can be adapted to research on property

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions: you suggest that people want to learn about a building’s materials and past occupants, and you mention asking previous owners or neighbours and consulting books or online videos. These are relevant points, but the reasons and research methods are only briefly explained. For example, the claim that learning about materials helps people build a new house is not clearly connected to researching the history of their current home, and the idea that a property may become more popular or valuable needs an example or explanation. The response is also two words below the required minimum. Develop each main point with a clearer explanation or a specific example to make the answer more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph about reasons, one about research methods, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “to commence with,” “first and foremost,” and “to conclude” help signal these stages. However, the progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, and linking expressions are used mechanically. The repeated “by which” in the reasons paragraph makes the relationship between learning a building’s history, creating a story, and increasing its value unclear. Some references, such as “their” in “the family living their before,” are also hard to interpret. Use fewer formulaic transitions and connect each idea explicitly, with clear pronouns and cause-and-effect links.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “structure,” “material,” “previous land owner,” and “property,” and you use some less common expressions such as “intriguing facts.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less clear, including “multitued,” “intrusted,” “imformation,” and “prespective.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “searching out about past of house” and “learn from books and videos on intrent.” These issues fit a limited but usable vocabulary range: the intended meaning is often recoverable, but errors are noticeable. Build accuracy by learning common collocations, for example “research the history of a property” and “consult local records,” and check spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including clauses introduced by “because” and “which.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence boundaries, articles, agreement, and verb forms can make the meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “the house or building the stay in” lacks a clear relative structure, while “the family living their before” does not form a complete, accurate clause. The opening also runs several sentences together without appropriate capitalisation or punctuation. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check articles and subject–verb agreement, and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
