Nowadays, its has become a trend to know about the past of the house, such as when it was constructed. There are several reasons such as emotional attachement.
Firstly, reason behind nowing history of the house have several of reaaosns there emotional attachement is one of the reason for instance, like a person who have spended his childhood at that place has a soft corner for it subsequently it creats a curiosity in the mind to now about that place because it holds their childhood memories like i crooled over there furthermore people research this information by the elder one in the house or the surrounding area for a long time , they may examine the legal documents to have the brief information about the house.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions by giving emotional attachment and practical/legal concerns as reasons, then mentioning family members, neighbours and documents as ways to investigate a building’s past. The childhood-memory example helps illustrate the first reason, and the discussion of using a house as loan collateral is relevant. However, the response only partially develops these points: the practical reason is difficult to follow, and the research methods are listed briefly rather than explained. The introduction also promises several reasons without clearly stating the main answer, while the conclusion repeats the ideas without adding a clear summary of how research can be done. Explain each reason more fully and give a specific example of how one research method would work.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is a basic overall structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The sequence from emotional reasons to practical reasons is understandable, and linking expressions such as “Firstly,” “Secondaly,” “moreover” and “In conclusion” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, progression within the paragraphs is often difficult to follow because several points are joined into long, crowded sentences. For example, the first body paragraph moves from childhood memories to asking elders and examining documents without clearly separating the ideas. Some connectors are repeated or do not show the relationship precisely. Use shorter sentences, organise each paragraph around one main point, and make references such as “it” and “that place” clearer.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “emotional attachment,” “childhood memories,” “legal documents,” “reconstruct” and “collateral.” These terms show an attempt to discuss both personal and practical reasons. However, the range is limited and several word choices or spellings make the meaning difficult to understand, such as “soft corner,” “distribution of the house” and “the legal map.” Repeated use of “know” and “house” also reduces precision. Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully; for instance, “property records” may be clearer than “distribution of the house” when discussing ownership or registration. More precise vocabulary would help communicate the practical examples effectively.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt to use both simple and more extended sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “because” and “if.” However, complex sentences are often faulty or run together, which sometimes makes the relationships between ideas unclear. Examples include “reason behind knowing history of the house have several of reasons” and “if we want to reconstruct the house so we should well known.” There are also frequent problems with verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence boundaries, as in “a person who have spended” and “there emotions are connected.” These errors can make the reader work to understand your meaning. Practise building accurate short sentences first, then combine them with one subordinate clause, checking subject–verb agreement and punctuation.
