Nowadays, many people try to search the previous condition of houses in which they are staying. In this essay i will discuss two points on it.

On the one hand, there are several reasons why people becoming more interested in finding about the history of houses or buildings they live in. The main reason is that some people are living in rental houses so they want to know about the past things of houses for feel safe and secure. Some people try to research because they want to become architects.

secondly, they are more interested in history therefore, they try to learned about community and buildings. For example, some time more incident happens in some areas to people's mind start working in negative way then, it is important to know about the houses and buildings.

On the other hand, we will discuss how can people research this. The main point is data collecting by others. When we talk to others about the place they will informed us many things which are belong to area. After it, we can also informed by landlord.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address both questions, but the reasons and research methods are only partly explained, which limits the response. You mention wanting to feel “safe and secure,” interest in history, and a possible wish to become an architect, but the connection between these points and researching a particular home is not always clear. The example about incidents in an area is also difficult to interpret. For research, you identify asking other people and the landlord, but do not explain other practical sources or how these conversations could reveal a building’s past. The response is also 30 words below the required minimum. Develop each main idea with a clear explanation and a relevant example, and give fuller coverage to both parts of the prompt.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a basic overall structure: an introduction, a section on reasons, a section on research, and a conclusion. The phrases “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” help signal the two parts of the task. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven, and some links are unclear. For example, “secondly” introduces another reason without a clear connection to the previous point, while “After it” does not clearly show how the landlord fits into the research process. The conclusion repeats the topic but adds a conflicting idea that researching is “not very important.” Use clearer topic sentences, connect each supporting detail directly to its main point, and make the conclusion consistent with your overall view.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough basic vocabulary to communicate the general topic, including “history,” “rental houses,” “landlord,” and “community.” However, the range is limited and several phrases are unnatural or imprecise, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “search the previous condition of houses” does not clearly express researching a building’s past, and “data collecting by others” is an unclear description of asking people for information. There are also word-form and spelling problems, such as “residental” and “incidents” used in a confusing context. Build a more precise set of phrases for historical research, such as property records, previous owners, and local archives, and check collocations and spelling.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses beginning with “because” and “so,” but control is inconsistent. Errors in verb forms and sentence construction occur frequently: “people becoming more interested” needs a finite verb, “they want to know … for feel safe” has an incorrect infinitive pattern, and “they try to learned” uses the wrong verb form. Other examples include “they will informed us” and “we will discuss how can people research this,” where verb forms or word order are faulty. Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly at the start of sentences. These errors sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to understand. Practise accurate basic clauses first, then add subordinate clauses while checking verb forms and question word order.
