Student answer (Band 4.5)
Every countries and a place has its own history. As time went the new generation has less information about the history of their country .
In my view, the reasons behined that more and more people are intreseted about the history of the house or building they live is because of its past incedent or may be they find some historical thing. Some people are very intrest to find the history and wanted to show to other. I belived that it is also a nice hobby to have cause some people find them self love to finding the incent thing.
There are lots of incedent that people find old thing and new basement or other more. Some house and building has its own history of someone dying . Many people do not like to stay in a place where someone has died so bassicaly because of that they want to know about their house past history realated to mudder. In this generation many people just like to show their hous history in online and some often use social medial to find some clue about thir place.
I think that some time history should hidden from outer world because we really donoy know what might will happend if the history came out. Some place has very dark background hidden in it. Few people who want to famous in internet they just go to a place or a clossed appartment to find any contant. The internet also has so many information of a house or building about the history.
In conclusion, I belived that some history shoud not comeout because we do not know what disaster will happened in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You address both questions in a basic way: you suggest that curiosity, past events, and a wish to share discoveries can motivate people, and you mention online searches and social media as research methods. However, the reasons are not clearly explained or supported with relevant examples, and the research part is only briefly covered. The discussion of deaths, murder, and keeping history hidden shifts attention away from the task, while the conclusion repeats this warning rather than summarising the reasons and methods. To strengthen the response, explain a few plausible motivations—such as renovation, ownership, or local heritage—and give practical research routes, for example property records, archives, or interviews with former residents. The 10 words copied from the task prompt were not counted in the reported total.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and some ideas are grouped together. However, the progression is difficult to follow: the second paragraph moves from curiosity to finding objects, then to deaths, and the next shifts to online fame and hidden histories. Connections between these points are often unclear, and repeated references to “history” do not show how one idea leads to another. The conclusion also introduces a warning about future disaster instead of drawing together the response. Use one paragraph for reasons and another for research methods, with clear topic sentences and linking phrases that show cause, example, or contrast.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some task-related vocabulary, including “historical,” “basement,” “social media,” and “clue,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is basic and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “history” and “house or building.” Frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices sometimes make the meaning difficult to understand, as in “incent thing,” “contant,” and “dark background.” Some expressions are also unnatural, such as “intrested about” and “show their hous history.” Build a more precise set of phrases for this topic and check spelling carefully. For example, you could refer to a building’s “previous occupants,” “property records,” or “historical background.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a reason clause in “because of its past…” and a conditional idea beginning “if the history came out.” Some sentence meanings remain understandable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction are frequent. For instance, “Every countries … has” has a mismatch between the plural noun and verb, while “Some house and building has” also needs plural agreement. In “people … wanted to show,” the verb form does not fit the surrounding present-tense discussion. Several clauses are joined in ways that make the relationships unclear. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses while checking subject–verb agreement and consistent tense.
