In some countries, more and more people finding out the history of there house and bulding where they live in. The valid reason is this majority of people want to known the history of there houses and buildings because of history they want to known before us who was live there and may be it is historical place they do not known and how was this property made. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both questions: you suggest that residents want to learn who lived in a property before them and whether it has historical significance, and you propose checking property-court records. These points are relevant, but the reasons are only partly explained. The claim that a historic property may be worth more and bring respect is introduced without showing why this motivates people to investigate. The research method also needs more detail: explain what records people might consult and how these could reveal a building’s past. The personal example about your relative supports the method, but remains difficult to follow. A clearer central answer and fuller development of each point would make the response more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an opening, separate paragraphs for reasons and research, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “For instance,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help signal stages of the answer. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear, and some linking phrases do not express the relationship accurately: “On the other hand” introduces another research method rather than a contrast. Repeated references to “before us who was live there” make it hard to track the ideas, while the example about your relative is not clearly connected to the preceding explanation. Use topic sentences, organise each paragraph around one main point, and make references explicit.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some task-related vocabulary, including “historical place,” “property price,” “seller,” and “record,” so the reader can identify the subject of the essay. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “property” and “known.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, such as “bulding,” “reseach,” “courty,” and “arehinking,” which sometimes make the message harder to understand. Some combinations are unnatural, including “property court” and “a respect of our.” Choose more precise terms for sources and people involved in property records, and check spelling and collocations. This would make your meaning clearer and more appropriate for an academic response.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “because” and “so.” However, complex sentences are often difficult to follow because of frequent errors in verb forms, sentence structure, and agreement. For example, “people finding out” lacks a finite verb, while “who was live there” and “we are live in this apartment” use incorrect verb forms. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “if it historical house or bulding so it property price will be double.” These errors sometimes obscure the intended meaning. Practise building accurate short sentences first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause, checking tense, subject–verb agreement, and articles.
