Many people prone to know about the history of their accomodations. People may do this out of curiosity, if it turns out to be a historical structure then their whole image in the society will be nobler than before,as well as they will become famous which has its own convenience. People can research by using internet and housing details in their locality. In this essay, these things will be discussed.

The prime reason behind people's doing is curiosity for knowing if the architect or the building itself is a monumental structure from the past. People think if their houses turn out to be a historical one, they will get fame and become popular in the country. Therefore, they might sell that house in more price or expedition can also take place. As historical buildings have a unique prestige and value to the society, it empowers the owner's nobleness in that locality.

There are some effective ways to research about the information of people's dwellings. For example, using internet, through internet a person can find whether the locality they are residing has its history or not, if so, then they can research deeply in the website called www.property.info.com, which helps users to find information about their housing. Furthermore, another utilising method would be reaching local property registration office, where they can request for a research about the place, if any major past activity took place on that poperty. However, this may be a hustle for most, but people who have great perseverence and hope may try these methods.

In conclusion, it is true that now people are getting interested finding their house's history, this regulates from the fame they would get if their's one is a historical structure, and their curious thoughts as well. By using internet and local property office to disclose the truth whether their house is a historic one or not.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both questions: curiosity and the perceived prestige or financial value of a historic home are offered as reasons, while online searches and the local property registration office are suggested as research methods. These points are relevant, but the explanation is unevenly developed. The discussion of fame and selling at a higher price repeats the same general benefit without explaining why people might want to learn about a building’s past beyond status or profit. The research section gives two routes, but the named website is not explained or supported with a concrete example, and the conclusion mainly restates the points. To strengthen the response, develop a broader reason, such as wanting to understand a home’s previous owners or preserve its heritage, and explain how reliable records or local archives could help.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for reasons and research, and a conclusion. This makes the main stages easy to follow. You also use linking expressions such as “Therefore,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion.” However, some connections feel mechanical, and the introduction and conclusion repeat the same ideas rather than adding a clear synthesis. The final sentence, “By using internet and local property office to disclose the truth…,” is a fragment, which weakens the ending. References such as “their’s one” are also unclear. Aim to make each paragraph progress from a main point to explanation and example, and use pronouns only when their reference is unmistakable.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “monumental structure,” “prestige,” “property registration office,” and “historical buildings.” This shows an effort to discuss the subject beyond basic terms. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, sometimes making the intended meaning difficult to follow: “people prone to know,” “their whole image…will be nobler,” “sell that house in more price,” and “expedition can also take place.” Spelling errors such as “accomodations,” “poperty,” and “perseverence” also reduce accuracy. Choose familiar, precise expressions rather than forcing uncommon vocabulary, and check spelling and collocations. For example, explain that a historic property may gain prestige or value, rather than describing the owner’s “nobleness.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional clauses such as “if it turns out to be a historical structure” and a relative clause beginning “where they can request…”. However, control is inconsistent, and errors occur often enough to make some sentences awkward or incomplete. Examples include “Many people prone to know,” which lacks a suitable verb construction, and “By using internet and local property office to disclose the truth,” which is not a complete sentence. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “their houses turn out to be a historical one.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check articles and singular/plural agreement when revising.
