Student answer (Band 5.5)
Multiple people spent most of their daily time at work, resulting in very less involvement in fun activities. I personally believe that this statement has more pros as compare to cons. I will discuss them all in upcoming paragraphs with an example.
To begin, the first advantage of this is great money, why is that because if people work more hours they can save more for their future lifestyle while upliftment in their pays. In addition to this, it also keep them away from the people which use to give wrong advice in the society owing to when they do more hardwork they don't have leisure time to sit with them and listen their bulshit. For instance, my friend work 50 hours a week so, he rearly get any additional time to spent with the people in the town, which result in less negative talking about each other.
However, this also have disadvantage that is poor health. Having good body is very crucial to work hard and spending an great ideal time in any fun activity can help in increasing the happy hormones in human body which further gives positivity. But, in today's life money is more powerful tool which everyone like to have in their pocket what where it come from? it come from working hard and putting more efforts into your skills.
To conclude, if you want to feel luxury you should work long hours without looking at clock. In my preception i would also love to spent my entire day in office because it brings food on our families table which everyone enjoy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall answer that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and you include relevant points about earning more and the health costs of reduced leisure. The example of your friend working 50 hours also supports the discussion. However, the position is not fully convincing or consistently explained: the claim that long hours keep people away from those who give “wrong advice” is only loosely connected to the question, and the health disadvantage is mentioned briefly before being outweighed by a general claim that money is powerful. The conclusion then recommends working long hours without qualification, rather than weighing the effects. Develop both sides more fully and explain why the financial benefits outweigh the effects on health and leisure.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph presenting advantages, a paragraph on a disadvantage, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “To begin,” “However,” and “To conclude” help readers follow the broad direction. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven: the point about avoiding people who give bad advice shifts away from the main argument about leisure, and the health discussion moves abruptly to the importance of money. Some linking is mechanical, while phrases such as “why is that because” and “what where it come from?” interrupt the flow. Build each paragraph around one clear main idea, connect examples directly to it, and use more precise referencing and transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “future lifestyle,” “poor health,” “happy hormones,” and “putting more efforts into your skills.” These choices show an effort to express financial and health-related ideas, but the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or informal, which sometimes makes the meaning harder to follow. For example, “great money” is vague, “an great ideal time” is unclear, and “bulshit” is inappropriate for an IELTS essay. Spelling errors such as “rearly” and “preception” also reduce accuracy. Aim for precise, neutral expressions and check spelling; for instance, describe increased earnings, time for recreation, and harmful social influences more directly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some longer sentence forms, including conditional and subordinate clauses, as in “if people work more hours they can save more” and “which further gives positivity.” However, attempts at complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make parts of the response difficult to read. Examples include “it also keep them,” “my friend work,” and “this also have,” where subject–verb agreement is incorrect. There are also problems with articles and sentence construction, such as “spending an great ideal time,” and the question-like phrase “what where it come from?” is not grammatically controlled. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then build longer sentences with correct agreement, verb forms, and punctuation.
