Dear XYZ,

I hopw you are doing well, I was going to the mall then have seen your advertisementfrom for teach your children your language for a year.

I have 5 year teaching experience in my own country. Currently, I am teaching 10 children at my own home. if you want i will come your home to teach your children, I does not have any issue. If you have any doubt about my qualification then you can check my certificates and background. Basically, I am also looking for the children to teach them. Because, At that time i have only 10 children and from 10 children my earning is very low. If you will hire me, I will give you the best result and you can see the improvement in your children with in few weeks.

I will also teach the discipline and basic ethics like how i should talk with the elder people, Teachers and parents.

I will be very happy, If you will give the response for my letter.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: explaining your suitability, offering additional help, and stating your reasons for wanting the job. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, your explanation of why you are suitable relies heavily on your current experience, but could be more persuasive. The tone is generally appropriate for a letter, though it occasionally feels a bit informal or blunt, such as when discussing your earnings. To reach a higher band, ensure that your reasons for wanting the job are more clearly linked to the specific opportunity in Australia, rather than just your current financial situation.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. You use basic cohesive devices like 'Currently' and 'If you will hire me' to connect ideas. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the use of linking words is quite limited. Some transitions feel abrupt, such as the jump from your teaching experience to your financial situation. To improve, try to use a wider variety of cohesive devices (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition to') to create a smoother progression of ideas throughout the letter.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your message clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'advertisement', 'qualification', and 'certificates'. However, there are several errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'hopw' instead of 'hope' and 'advertisementfrom' which is redundant. The phrasing 'I does not have any issue' is unnatural. To improve, focus on using more precise vocabulary related to teaching and professional communication, and pay closer attention to spelling and common collocations to ensure your writing sounds more natural and professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include 'I was going to the mall then have seen' (tense inconsistency), 'I will come your home' (missing preposition), and 'I does not have' (subject-verb agreement). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage and capitalization. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct verb tenses will significantly improve the accuracy of your writing.
