| Criterion | Band |

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: your suitability, additional help you can offer, and your reasons for wanting the job. The tone is generally appropriate for a letter, although the explanation regarding your unemployment is a bit blunt for a professional application. To improve, ensure that your reasons for wanting the job focus more on your passion for teaching or interest in the family's culture, rather than solely on financial necessity, which can sound slightly unprofessional in this context. Overall, the task requirements are met clearly.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is logically organized into paragraphs, each addressing a specific part of the prompt. You use some cohesive devices like 'Although', 'Moreover', and 'Therefore' to link ideas. However, the flow is occasionally hindered by punctuation errors, such as missing spaces after commas and periods (e.g., 'Recently,I', 'field.As'). Improving your paragraph transitions and ensuring consistent spacing would make the text much easier to follow. The use of 'Yours Faithfully' is correct for a letter where the recipient's name is unknown, though you addressed the letter to 'Muntaha', which makes 'Yours Sincerely' more appropriate.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'certified trainer', 'professional', and 'convenience'. However, there are several spelling errors ('Austrailia', 'conveince', 'avaialble', 'fullfill') and some awkward phrasing, such as 'requesting of hire me'. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and ensure your spelling is accurate. While your meaning is always clear, the frequency of minor errors prevents a higher score in this category.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you successfully communicate your points, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles ('the' language), verb forms ('I also give tution'), and punctuation. For example, 'the reason of getting this job' should be 'the reason for applying for this job'. The sentence structure is often repetitive, relying on simple subject-verb-object patterns. Increasing your control over complex sentence forms and proofreading for basic grammatical slips will significantly improve your score.
