• explain why you think you would be suitable for the job
• say what else you could do for the family
• give your reasons for wanting the job

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in the position you advertised in a magazine to teach English language to your children.

I would like to tell how I am suitable for this job. I have five years of experience as a English tutor in Primary school. Due to personal issues, I left my job and started give time to my children to fulfil their dreams. Now, they left the home to do further studies in Canada. I want to pursue my passion by teaching your children.

Moreover, I can do other household chores such as preparing meals, maintaining the lawn, and cleaning. It will be a great opportunity for you to spend quality time with your family.

I would like to start work as English tutor for your children because teaching is my passion and I can know more about your culture by spending time with your children.
