I hope you are in goog spirit. As i get to see your adverstisement posted on the wall that you are wondering for a tutor who can teach your children english for a year and I would be the best tutor for your children since i have a 10 years of experience in teaching department and had more than 30 000 students make scholar in english fluency.

I will provide one on one classes to your children so that they can learn each and everypoint from scratch and they will get the basics of everything easily and i will provide the daily notes to learn them in their leisure time too.

This job is not only a profession to me but this my passion first. I do believe that learning is all about enjoying each and every topic which has been teached to us so i will try to teach your children in a different ways so that they can enjoy and never get bored of learning new things .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the task: explaining your suitability, offering additional help, and stating your motivation. The tone is generally appropriate for a letter, though it leans slightly informal. The ideas are relevant, but the development is somewhat limited. For example, while you mention 10 years of experience, providing a specific example of a teaching method or a past success would have strengthened your argument. The response is clear and the purpose of the letter is immediately apparent to the reader.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and limited. You rely heavily on simple conjunctions like 'and' and 'so'. Transitions between sentences could be smoother; for instance, the jump from discussing your teaching experience to the logistics of the classes feels a bit abrupt. Using a wider variety of linking words such as 'furthermore', 'consequently', or 'in addition to this' would improve the flow and help connect your ideas more effectively.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. There are several instances of awkward phrasing, such as 'teaching department' instead of 'the teaching profession' and 'make scholar in english fluency', which is non-standard. You also have some spelling errors like 'goog' and 'adverstisement'. To improve, focus on using more natural collocations and ensuring that your word choices are accurate. While your meaning is generally clear, the lack of sophisticated vocabulary limits your score in this criterion.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but accuracy is inconsistent. You have frequent errors in articles ('the' is often missing or misused), subject-verb agreement ('this my passion'), and verb forms ('has been teached' should be 'has been taught'). Punctuation is also an issue, particularly with the inconsistent use of capital letters for 'i' and the lack of commas in complex sentences. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader and indicate a need for more careful proofreading.
