You have seen an advertisement from a couple, who live in Australia, for someone to teach their two children your language for a year. Write a letter to the couple. In your letter

• explain why you think you would be suitable for the job
• say what else you could do for the family
• give your reasons for wanting the job

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Patel,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to you in response to your advertisement. I am happy to take the offer to teach my language Gujarati to your children.

I am suitable candidate for this job as I used to be a teacher. To add to this, I have seven years of teaching experience in primary as well as high school students. Moreover, I have good skills to make rapport with kids.

Additionally, I can also do your household chores such as cleaning and cooking. The reason is that, I am looking for other part time work as well.

The reasons behind getting this job is that I am planning to visit Australia for few months for travel purposes and for my stay there employment is better option to deal with my expenses.

I hope you consider me for this opportunity and looking forward to hearing from you.
