Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the three requested points: you describe your experience with children and teaching, offer help with household responsibilities, and explain that you want to gain skills and knowledge. The closing is also appropriate for an application. However, the reasons for your suitability are not always clear or convincing: “my English language is perfect” does not explain your ability to teach your own language, and “I also teach my country students” needs more detail about relevant experience. Your offer to help the family is similarly vague. The response therefore covers the task only partially, with ideas that remain limited and under-developed. Explain your teaching experience, name specific tasks you could help with, and give a clearer reason for wanting to live and work with this family.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The letter has a recognisable structure, with an opening, paragraphs for your suitability and additional help, and a polite closing. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “secondly,” and “moreover” show an effort to connect ideas. However, the progression is not consistently clear: the first body paragraph moves from teaching to liking children and then to English ability without explaining how these points relate. The second paragraph repeats ideas about responsibility and friendliness, while “I would like take this job because” introduces your motivation abruptly. Some linking words feel mechanical rather than showing a precise relationship between ideas. Group related points together and use clearer transitions so each paragraph develops one main purpose.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some relevant vocabulary for the letter, including “advertisement,” “position,” “responsibility,” “trustworthy,” and “application.” These words help communicate the general purpose. However, the range is limited, and several word choices or combinations are unclear or unnatural, such as “I love child love carry,” “learn home responsibility,” and “it is gain new ideas skills knowledge and founds.” These expressions make it difficult to understand exactly what you mean. There is also repetition of “children,” “friendly,” and “responsibility.” Build a more precise set of phrases for teaching experience, childcare, household help, and personal motivation, and check that each word fits naturally with the words around it.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, and the reader can identify the broad purpose of the letter. However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and errors occur frequently, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “I am interested of this position i properly teach,” “i interested someone learn from me,” and “I would like take this job.” These show problems with verb forms, missing words, and sentence construction. Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly in the opening and after sentence boundaries. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check verb patterns such as “interested in,” “would like to,” and “enjoy spending time.”
