Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address the main points by describing your Urdu knowledge, offering to help the family practise conversation, and explaining that you need the job to meet expenses. However, the response is under the required 150 words, and the reasons for your suitability and interest are only briefly stated. The offer to help the whole family is relevant, but it would be stronger with specific examples, such as preparing simple lessons or introducing Urdu games and stories. Your reason for wanting the position focuses mainly on personal finances; add a positive reason, such as enjoying teaching children or wanting to share your language. The letter is recognisably a job application, but fuller development of each bullet point is needed.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The letter has a basic sequence: you describe your qualifications, explain what you could offer the family, and give a reason for applying. Separate paragraphs help distinguish these points. However, progression within the paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several ideas are joined in long strings, particularly in “this will help everyone at home to improve vocabulary and can talk fluently.” Repeated phrases such as “easily” and “kindly select me for this role” also make the message feel repetitive rather than smoothly connected. Use clearer sentence boundaries and link each point to its explanation. A more purposeful closing, after the reasons for applying, would also make the letter feel better organised.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the basic subject: “Urdu language,” “conversation,” “vocabulary,” and “responsibilities” are relevant to the letter. However, the range is limited, and several expressions are inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the intended meaning less clear. For example, “certification in master Urdu language” does not clearly describe your qualification, while “smoothly goes my responsibilities” is not a natural way to explain how the job would help you. Repetition of “easily” and “role” further limits variety. Choose precise phrases for your teaching experience, the help you can provide, and your motivation; this will make the application sound more fluent and appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to connect ideas using clauses, as in “so that they can easily understand,” but most sentences rely on simple patterns or become long and difficult to control. Errors in sentence structure and verb forms appear in phrases such as “it will helpful for me to smoothly goes my responsibilities” and “can talk fluently,” where the subject and verb pattern are incomplete or inconsistent. Articles and sentence openings also need attention: “i have a certification” should begin with a capital letter, and “i have the masters” has an unclear article and noun form. Punctuation is limited, so several independent ideas run together. Practise writing shorter, complete sentences first, then combine them accurately.
