Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address all three requested points: you describe your language ability and five years of teaching, offer to help with Indian cooking and other subjects, and explain that you enjoy teaching and want to manage your expenses. These details make the letter relevant, but several points are unclear or only briefly developed. For example, “both languages like, my home languages” does not identify which language you would teach, and the reason for wanting the job is stated without much explanation. The opening also says “Dear sir/madam” rather than addressing the couple directly, and the closing “Best wisher” is not a natural sign-off. Clarify your qualifications and motivation, and use a suitable greeting and closing to make the purpose and tone more effective.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a generally understandable sequence: you introduce your interest, describe your suitability, add other ways you could help, and explain your motivation before closing. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these points, and phrases such as “To begin with” and “Apart from that” guide the reader. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The sentence beginning “Also, i have living your city” does not clearly connect your location to the teaching arrangement, while “Also, do not worry about a price” shifts abruptly to payment. Several ideas are crowded into long sentences, making their relationships harder to follow. Use clearer topic sentences and separate qualifications, extra help, and practical arrangements into focused sentences.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “tutor,” “teaching experiences,” “commute,” and “part time,” so the reader can identify the main subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or forms are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning difficult to interpret. “Pupils” is less natural here than “children,” and “manage my expense” does not clearly express your financial motivation. There are also spelling errors such as “experiance,” “resone,” and “catchup,” alongside awkward phrases such as “help in teach.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling; this will make your qualifications and offers sound more professional and precise.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the overall message can usually be followed. However, errors occur frequently in sentence construction and verb forms, and some sentences are difficult to understand. For example, “I am writing to tell you about i saw advertisement about you needed tutor” combines clauses without a clear grammatical structure; “i have living your city” and “i will can help” also use incorrect verb forms. Agreement and articles are inconsistent, as in “a price” and “everything is resonable,” and punctuation and capitalisation are not controlled consistently. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then connect them with clauses using correct tense and verb patterns.
