Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three requested points: you explain your suitability through being a native Arabic speaker and having teaching experience, offer help with cooking and childcare-related tasks, and give reasons for wanting to live in Australia. These details make the letter relevant and its purpose clear. The suitability point is the strongest because you connect your language ability with communicating with the children and mention making lessons interactive. The additional help and your motivation are less developed: briefly explain what experience or skills support these offers, and why cultural exchange or improving your English matters to you. A more appropriate opening and closing for a letter to a couple would also make the response feel more fully tailored to its audience.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The ideas follow a sensible order, moving from your suitability to what you can offer and then your reasons for applying. Phrases such as “regarding my suitability,” “in addition to teaching,” and “the main reason” help signal these stages. However, the response is presented as one continuous block, so the reader has little visual guidance between the main points. Several ideas are also joined into long sentences, particularly the sentence beginning “I have previous experience,” which runs through teaching, housework, cooking, and homework. Use separate paragraphs for the three main points and divide related ideas into clearer sentences. This would make the progression easier to follow and reduce the impression of mechanical linking.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the situation, including “native Arabic speaker,” “fluent in English,” “interactive,” and “cultural exchanges.” These choices communicate your qualifications and motivation clearly. However, some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or awkward, such as “in others way,” “their homeworks,” and “a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchanges.” There are also spelling or typing errors, including “youbg” and “ina,” which reduce the overall accuracy. Aim for natural phrases such as “in other ways,” “helping the children with their homework,” and “an opportunity for cultural exchange.” More precise vocabulary for your teaching experience and family support would add flexibility while keeping the tone appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, for example, “I am a native Arabic speaker, and I am also fluent in English” and the sentence explaining your teaching experience and other ways you could help. The meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors and punctuation problems remain. Examples include “I am writing response” (missing an article), “I look forward to hear” (the verb pattern should be “look forward to hearing”), and “living in Australia for a years” (incorrect article and plural form). Capitalisation after full stops is inconsistent, and several clauses are joined with commas where a full stop would be clearer. Check articles, verb patterns, and sentence boundaries carefully.
