The upgrades in mobile technology is surpassing the every aspects of an individual can think of. The paying transactions from cell phones have became a trend. This essay will discuss both assets and drawbacks regarding increase in this technology use.

The first side of coin displays that paying with cell phones have not only decrease the theft of physical cards/cash it has also enhanced the level of security of citizen money. For example, couple weeks ago i went for shopping. At the moment of billing of my belonging i realized my forgot my wallet at home. Luckily i had saved my card details in my mobile which saved me from a shameful and guilt feeling. This moment taught and highlighted the importance of this feature.

On the other hand we have faced the decrease number of cash payment friendly retail shops.

Moreover, the technology can be unstable or fail at any moment which could realize the importance to carrying cards and cash. To illustrate, i saw an old person yesterday at gas station. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The essay addresses the prompt by discussing both advantages and disadvantages. However, the response is under the 250-word minimum, which limits the depth of the arguments. While the position is clear, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the example of the elderly man at the gas station is relevant but could have been expanded to better illustrate the broader societal implications of digital exclusion. Because the response is slightly under-length and the ideas are not fully extended, it falls into the Band 5 range.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices such as 'The first side of coin', 'Moreover', and 'To illustrate' are used to link ideas. However, some transitions are mechanical or slightly unnatural, such as 'The first side of coin displays that'. Referencing is generally clear, but the flow between sentences is occasionally interrupted by grammatical errors, which makes the progression feel a bit disjointed at times.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and incorrect word choices, such as 'surpassing the every aspects' and 'paying transactions'. The student attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'digital exclusion' or 'financial security', but the current range is limited. Spelling and word-form errors, such as 'my forgot' instead of 'I forgot', occur throughout the text, though they do not significantly impede the reader's understanding.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures. While there are attempts at complex sentences, they are often marred by grammatical errors, such as 'The upgrades in mobile technology is surpassing' (subject-verb agreement) and 'he cellphone turned off because to zero charge' (preposition/article errors). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with missing commas and incorrect capitalization. The frequency of these errors is noticeable and occasionally causes the reader to pause, which is characteristic of the Band 5 level.
