Paying for things using mobile phone apps has become increasingly very common in these days. People are spending lot of money on these applications. This essay considered more disadvantages than advantages over this development.
There are tons of applications are available these days for people. No matter there are some apps which are free but they have very limited access and then folks has to pay for them or buy subscription to get more benefits of those apps. In this way they are spending a lot money on these apps. Especially, kids who are becoming addicted to cellphones and watch videos and play games most of the time. Parents are spending a lot on these functions. As they wanted their kids to get involve in something. This is overall wastage of money, quality time, health. This is deteriorate kids development. Furthermore, there are some viral games apps which gives chance to earn money. People spends a lot of time and money to try their luck, they do not get anything and lost their amount, as these apps can only work once we put money in it. Fir example, chicken road. Although, there are so many face apps in market in which folks are spending money and lost it.

Even though they can get answers from google which is free of cost but still folks are spending their precious amount on unnecessary apps which is overall negative development for generation.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The essay addresses the prompt by discussing both advantages and disadvantages, though the focus is heavily skewed toward disadvantages. The position is clear from the introduction. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. The arguments regarding children and gaming are repetitive and lack specific, well-explained examples. The mention of AI tools like ChatGPT is relevant but could have been more effectively linked to the core question of 'paying for things' via mobile apps. The conclusion summarizes the points, but the essay would benefit from more nuanced analysis rather than general statements about 'wastage'.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a central theme. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For instance, 'Moving further' is used to introduce a new point, but the transition between the negative impact of gaming and the positive impact of AI is abrupt. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the use of 'it' in 'spending money on it', where the antecedent is ambiguous. While there is a clear progression of ideas, the lack of sophisticated linking words makes the flow feel somewhat disjointed at times.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and variety required for a higher band. There is a reliance on basic terms like 'things', 'apps', and 'money'. Phrases such as 'spending lot of money' and 'lost their amount' are slightly unnatural. There are also some errors in word choice, such as 'deteriorate kids development' (should be 'hinder' or 'impede') and 'face apps' (likely referring to 'fake' or 'scam' apps). To improve, you should aim for more precise collocations and a wider range of academic vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('folks has to pay', 'apps which gives', 'these apps has'), article usage ('the market', 'the generation'), and awkward phrasing ('is overall wastage of money'). While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. More attention to pluralization and verb tense consistency would significantly improve the quality of the writing.
