Student answer (Band 6.0)
In recent times, technology is being increased day by day which is why, throughout the world, people are more likely to invest their money for buying the distinct mobile applications in order to fulfill their needs ; however I think that this trend comes with more disadvantages in the terms of wasting money and becoming less socialize in their life instead of advantages which is easy learning.
To begin with, people are more crazy about using the mobile apps for their personal use. In today’s world , people are more dependent on upon their mobile phon applications , if they want to learn anything new for the apps then they they have to pay monthly instalments for using that application which is fairly very high and also extra burden on their monthly budget ; as a result , people feel depressed as they are unable to manage their money properly due te they are unable to pay their household bills and other stuff . Secondly, people are more dependent on the applications of their phones for day to day task. To explain , if they want to learn exercise or recipes they don’t want to attend any classes for it , they would love to pay for the installation of the apps in their mobile phones through which they can easily learn about everything while sitting in their houses ; resultantly, people are less likely to with each other and becoming less socialized in their life. For instance , In Delhi , 80% people are becoming introvert because they would love to do their tasks on their phones rather than go outside and prefer to talk with people .
On the other hand , paying for things using phone also brings advantages in the society .
People can easily learn about their favourite hobbies through their favourite apps , where they can easily take classes according to their schedules , easily change the language mode and also attend live classes as well without having too much worry about transportation. As a result , they can easily learn anything while sitting 1000 km away from their houses and enjoy their life
To conclude, even though people spend money on buying applications on their phones for avoiding transportation and learn from anywhere, I think it comes with more demerits which is leading to less socialize with the society and extra burden of money management

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of mobile payment apps. However, the development of ideas is somewhat inconsistent. While you provide reasons for your position, some arguments, such as the claim that 80% of people in Delhi are becoming introverts due to mobile apps, lack logical grounding and appear as over-generalizations. The position is clear, but the supporting evidence is occasionally anecdotal or weak. To improve, focus on providing more balanced and realistic examples that directly support your main points regarding financial burden and social isolation.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, and there is a clear attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'Secondly', and 'On the other hand'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive. The flow between sentences is occasionally hindered by awkward phrasing, such as 'resultantly, people are less likely to with each other'. While the overall progression of ideas is logical, the internal cohesion within paragraphs could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that referencing is consistently clear throughout the text.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. You rely on basic descriptors like 'fairly very high' and 'extra burden'. There are also instances of incorrect word choice, such as 'less socialize' instead of 'less socialized' or 'less social'. Some phrases are repetitive, and there is a lack of sophisticated collocations or idiomatic expressions. To reach a higher band, focus on using more academic vocabulary and ensuring that word forms are used correctly in context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow of reading. Examples include 'technology is being increased day by day', 'dependent on upon', and 'due te they are unable'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the placement of commas and spaces before punctuation marks. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors suggests a need for more careful proofreading and a stronger grasp of subject-verb agreement and prepositional usage.
