Student answer (Band 5.5)
In numerous nation, using a cell phone application for payment is increasingly prevalent. Although, this development have significant advantages more than the disadvantages.
One major advantage is that, It is more convenient and easy to use. moreover, mobile phone can save your time in busy shopping mall or a restaurant. Individuals does not have to carry cash every time when they are going on any trip or anywhere. Moreover, you just have to connect your bank account with the application and load some money in the app. For instance, if you are going on a vacation but you have concern about cash that you are carrying, however you have your payment application in your mobile phone you don't have to worry about carrying a cash or lifting from a thief.
However, there are some disadvantages to these development. In several places suchas old town or bus station, they don't accept a online payment by mobile phone.
Additionally, A main coon son is a security, if someone loses their phone their account would be hack. the financial account could be on a risk. Therefore, if sometime phone's battery level is low and you don't have a cash you have no other option to pay for a thing. older generation could also face some difficulty to use this application.
In conclusion, paying by cell phone can give you more convenience but it could give you some difficulties as well. I believe that advantages outweigh disadvantages. It could provide a quick and convenient way for paying every day.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear: you believe the advantages of mobile payments outweigh the disadvantages, and you address both sides of the question. Convenience is supported with examples such as avoiding carrying cash while travelling, while the opposing paragraph identifies limited acceptance, security risks, battery failure, and difficulties for older users. This relevant coverage meets the task well. To make the response more fully developed, explain the consequences of each point in greater depth—for example, how users could protect an account if a phone is lost, or why some businesses do not accept app payments. The conclusion restates your view, but could briefly weigh the strongest advantage against the most serious drawback to make the judgement more persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. This makes the main line of argument easy to follow. You also use linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “However,” and “Additionally” to signal relationships between ideas. At times, though, cohesion is mechanical or unclear. For instance, “For instance” introduces a long example whose contrast is difficult to follow, and “however” appears within that example without a clear connection. The disadvantage paragraph also moves quickly from payment acceptance to security, battery life, and older users. Grouping related points and using clearer references and transitions would create smoother progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “payment application,” “security,” “financial account,” and “convenient.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable word-choice, spelling, and collocation errors make parts of the response less natural or briefly difficult to understand. Examples include “numerous nation,” “lifting from a thief,” and “a main coon son is a security”; the intended meanings appear to be numerous countries, protection from theft, and a main concern about security. Some phrases, such as “pay for a thing,” are also vague. Aim for accurate, natural combinations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms such as “unauthorised access” and “cashless payment” would help express your points clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrastive opening with “Although” and conditional structures such as “if someone loses their phone.” The overall meaning is generally recoverable, but errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur often enough to affect clarity. For example, “Although, this development have” has an incorrectly punctuated subordinate clause and a subject–verb agreement error; “Individuals does not have” also has faulty agreement. In “if someone loses their phone their account would be hack,” the conditional form and passive construction are not controlled. Practise building complete clauses and checking agreement and verb forms, then use commas to separate introductory clauses and avoid unnecessary capitalisation after commas.
