Student answer (Band 5.0)
I must say that it is very easy to pay every little penny through cellphones. But nowadays you need to be more careful also because scammers are also doing theirs jobs to put all your money in their account and just by one tap only .So, you need to be very careful now a days while using online transactions.
Technology has made our live soo easy that everything is just a matter of few seconds , like online shopping and paying fees or even hospital bills but we need to be more careful while sending money , we need to be more attentive nowadays using technology.
While doing shopping you go to store and do lots of shopping or sometimes just few things you need then you pays online and you get points or something then you get discount offers also and thats gives you benefits for next shopping and you became happier.Thats good but if you sending money and they transfers to another account in a hurry and have left with nothing and you get in a critical situation .
One more thing like netflix subscriptions many other online subscriptions cut they money out of your account as you get payment from somewhere and you become worried about it that i should switch it off or whats

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You identify relevant advantages, such as quick payments, shopping discounts and paying bills, and disadvantages, including scams and unexpected subscription charges. However, the response does not clearly answer the central question: whether the advantages or disadvantages are greater. The opening mentions convenience and risk, but no firm overall position is maintained or explained. Most examples are brief and some points, particularly the subscription issue, are left unfinished, so the ideas remain limited and under-developed. The response also contains 218 words, below the required 250. To improve, state your view clearly in the introduction and conclusion, then develop each main point with an explanation or specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some grouping of related ideas: the first paragraph introduces convenience and scams, while later paragraphs discuss shopping and subscriptions. However, the response has no clear overall progression from an introduction to developed arguments and a conclusion. Connections between points are often abrupt, and linking phrases such as “One more thing” are basic rather than showing how the example supports your position. The final sentence trails off, leaving the discussion incomplete. Organise the essay into clear paragraphs, each with one main idea, and use linking expressions to show contrast and cause and effect. A concluding paragraph should bring the arguments together and directly answer which side is stronger.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use a basic but relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “online transactions,” “scammers,” “discount offers,” and “subscriptions.” These terms help communicate the general subject, but vocabulary is often repetitive, especially “careful,” “money,” and “online,” and some phrases are imprecise or unnatural, such as “put all your money in their account” and “cut they money out of your account.” Spelling and informal forms, including “sooo,” “thats,” and “now a days,” also reduce accuracy and appropriate tone. Build a more precise range for discussing digital payments, and check spelling and collocations. For example, describe money being “transferred to a fraudulent account” rather than using the less exact wording in the essay.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response communicates its main points, but grammatical control is uneven. There are errors in verb forms and agreement, as in “you pays online,” “they transfers,” and “they money,” as well as sentence structures that become difficult to follow, particularly the long sentence beginning “Thats good but if you sending money.” Punctuation and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent: several ideas run together, and the final sentence is incomplete. Most sentences rely on simple patterns, with attempts to connect clauses that are not consistently controlled. Practise writing complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and tense. Breaking longer ideas into shorter sentences will make your meaning easier to follow.
