Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three points: you explain that your friend may enjoy the night sky and time with friends, mention risks from wildlife, and clearly say, “I would love to go on camping with you.” These ideas are relevant and the friendly purpose is clear. However, the reasons for enjoying the trip are only briefly stated, and the disadvantages focus almost entirely on dangerous animals. The claim that animals may attack and kill people is not balanced with more typical practical drawbacks, such as uncomfortable weather or limited facilities. To develop the response further, explain how the experience could be enjoyable and give a more measured, specific account of possible difficulties. This would make the coverage of the task more even and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: an opening, a paragraph about benefits, one about disadvantages, and a closing that answers whether you would join your friend. The transitions “On the other hand” and “I would love” help signal the shift between points and the final decision. This logical organisation is already effective. Some linking is less natural or precise, however: “due to some reasons, like” introduces a list awkwardly, and the ideas within the benefits paragraph run together rather than being clearly developed. The closing also adds a comment about mountain weather without connecting it closely to your decision. Use clearer sentence boundaries and link each supporting detail directly to the main point to make progression smoother.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “clear sky,” “wild animals,” “hunting abilities,” and “pleasant.” There are also attempts to use more specific language about the setting and risks. However, several spelling and word-choice errors reduce accuracy, such as “writting,” “dangerious,” “thier,” “wonderfull,” and “waether.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise: “some piece of advice,” “night out with friends,” and “one of the best night” do not express the intended ideas smoothly. Aim to learn common collocations for travel and outdoor activities, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise vocabulary would make the advice sound more natural and convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, for example, “I believe you will enjoying this camping holiday due to some reasons” and the sentence describing animals at camping sites. The overall meaning is usually understandable, but errors in verb forms, sentence construction, agreement, and articles are noticeable. Examples include “you going first time,” “you will enjoying,” “one of the best night you will be enjoy,” and “one feel comfortable.” The sentence about animals also combines several ideas in a way that makes the structure difficult to follow. Practise accurate future forms and complete clauses, and use shorter sentences when explaining risks. Greater control of these patterns would make your message clearer while allowing you to retain some complex sentence forms.
