Dear Asal,

I hope you are doing well, thank you for reaching out to me regarding your first summer camping. In order to make your first camping a succesfull holiday I will suggest you to go to Manitoulin island. It is a perfect camping place for a entry level camper. The place is a mix of both nature and mordern facilities. The stargazing is the main attraction of the island, although there's a lots of things to do. The only negative point is the travel distance. It will take almost 6 to 7 hours of driving, But do not worry as I am join you with a few of my other friends to make you fisrt camping a very memorable one. We will take care of the reservations and food for three days. We leave early morning on 31 July, And will be back in 3-4 days. Make a list of things you would like to do and pack your bags. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: explaining why your friend would enjoy camping, describing disadvantages, and confirming your participation. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For example, while you mention that the island is a 'mix of nature and modern facilities,' you could have elaborated more on why this specifically appeals to a first-time camper. Similarly, the disadvantage of the travel distance is mentioned, but could be expanded upon to provide a more comprehensive response. Overall, you have fulfilled the requirements of the task effectively.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is logically organized, and the progression of ideas is clear. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'although,' 'but,' and 'in order to' to link your sentences. However, the paragraphing is insufficient; the entire body of the letter is contained within a single paragraph. To improve, you should use separate paragraphs for each of the main points (the recommendation, the pros/cons, and the logistics of the trip). This would make the structure more professional and easier for the reader to follow.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'stargazing,' 'attraction,' and 'memorable.' There are some minor spelling errors, such as 'succesfull' and 'mordern,' and some awkward phrasing like 'entry level camper' (which should be 'entry-level'). While the vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly, it lacks the variety and precision required for a higher band score. Incorporating more descriptive adjectives or idiomatic expressions would enhance the quality of your writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are several grammatical errors, such as 'I will suggest you to go' (should be 'I suggest that you go'), 'I am join you' (should be 'I will join you'), and 'make you fisrt camping' (should be 'make your first camping'). Additionally, there are some punctuation issues, such as the unnecessary capitalization of 'And' in the middle of a sentence. While these errors do not impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and consistent tense usage will help improve your accuracy.
