A friend of yours is thinking of going on a camping holiday for the first time this summer. He/She has asked for your advice. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter

• explain why you think your friend would enjoy a camping holiday
• describe some possible disadvantages
• say whether you would like to go camping with your friend this summer

Dear Diku,

I still can't believe you said yes to that camping trip.

I feel the destination you chose is wonderful to get started with. You'd really enjoy the drive, the hiking and activities by the camp-fire over there. There won't be any network so you'll get plenty of 'me time' for sure. Make sure you bring your guitar with you, you'll love playing and singing with strangers late in the night.

Remember to setup your tent first thing you reach as it could rain anytime. As much as you'd love the night over there, the next morning will equally be challenging. The sleep you'll get won't be enough and the feeling of waking up tired will not be enjoyable at all. It'll be exciting memory overall though.

Honestly, I really want to join you but I'm visiting my parents that weekend and can't cancel it. Let's do one thing, for your next plan, let me know in advance. I'll make some arrangements so we could go together.

Don't miss the sunset and have lots of fun. Let me know how it went once you're back.
