A friend of yours is thinking of going on a camping holiday for the first time this summer. He/She has asked for your advice. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter

• explain why you think your friend would enjoy a camping holiday
• describe some possible disadvantages
• say whether you would like to go camping with your friend this summer

Dear Frank,

I hope you are well. I have received your letter regarding the camping holiday you are planning to attend. I was thrilled when I heard this news.

I believe you will be amazed by going on a camping vacations as these will offers a variety of new experiences. First of all, you will enjoy the journey to find a perfect place for camping. Furthermore, it is outstanding opportunity to live in the lap of nature and the stars are as the roof.

There could be some demerits of camping in a open area as it is quite common to see some carnivorous animals like bear during these trips so please be aware of them. I would like to suggest taking a precaution kit such as pepper spray, lighter and knife with you that can be used in emergency.

Although I was planning to go on this type of holidays since a long time, due to work commitments I never got a chance. I will try to get some holidays from my work if I get approval I would definitely cherish this moment with you.

I am sure you will have great time. See you then!
