A friend of yours is thinking of going on a camping holiday for the first time this summer. He/She has asked for your advice. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter

• explain why you think your friend would enjoy a camping holiday
• describe some possible disadvantages
• say whether you would like to go camping with your friend this summer

Dear Anu,

I hope you are doing well. Thank you for your letter, I just received it and I am very glad to know that you are considering to go for the camping next week. It is a perfect way to get connected with the nature.

First of all, camping is a joyful activity which you will always remember but there are a few things that you should keep in your mind before going. Please keep some warm clothes with you as you cannot trust the weather in the mountains even in the summer time it could get freezing cold there.

Secondly, you need to make sure that you have nice non slippery shoes for going there because it is quiet common to get injured in those kind of activities. Also, I would advise you to carry a detailed map with you to avoid getting lost.

Apart from that, I would like to thank you for inviting me for this thrilling experience but unfortunately I won't be able to do that as I have some important meeting to attend next week but I wish you all the very best for your trip. Don't forget to write me about how it goes.
