A friend of yours is thinking of going on a camping holiday for the first time this summer. He/She has asked for your advice. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter

• describe some possible disadvantages
• say whether you would like to go camping with your friend this summer

Hello Raj,

How’re you doing lately? It’s been such a long time we had a coffee together. I received your message and I’m over the moon to hear that you’re finally going on a camping holiday.

I know you’ll love this trip. A camping trip to Banff National park is mesmerizing. You’ll spent your time doing hiking, rafting in Lake Louise, stargazing and possibly seeing few grizzly bears. It’s super exciting to do with your friends.

But, there’re couple of suggestions I would love to share with you. Buy a water ressistant track pant and hiking shoes, as normal pants would be soaked in rain. That’s not all, keep a power bank with yourself to stay connected. Plus, you might feel tired due to excessive physical activities so carry protein bars and energy drinks to fuel up.

Do you remember our the Kedar Kantha track in India? I’m planning to do it again in summer, and I would like to take you with myself. We will cherish those moments again and will have our favourite food in Delhi.
