I hope this letter may find you in good health and great spirits. I felt elated that you chose me to give you suggestions for your summer camp.
As I already had the experience of summer camping last year with family, Which really went outstanding. Moreover, you will also feel great since, this activity would give you the chance to admire the sky at night which looks tremendous with shining stars and moon. Apart from this, campfire at night gives you heartwhelming moments and memories.
Here are some demerits that you may face in your trip. Primarily, unforeseen weather conditions may trouble you so, i recommend that take things according to it, also I suggest you that food will expensive there and unhealthy so, carry some homemade snacks with you because, I know that you are quite a health concious person.
I would love to go with you but, I am incredibly occupied in this summer and could not make to accompany you.
I hopeful this letter will assist you in your purpose and best of luck for the summer camp.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three points in the task: you explain that your friend may enjoy the night sky and campfire, mention weather and food as possible drawbacks, and clearly say you would like to join but are unavailable. The advice about taking suitable items and bringing snacks makes the disadvantages relevant to your friend. The reasons for enjoying camping are less fully developed, however: the stars and campfire are described, but you could explain more about what makes the experience enjoyable for this particular friend. Your refusal is clear, though a brief alternative, such as suggesting another trip together, would make the response feel more complete. Overall, the main purpose is achieved, with some ideas developed more fully than others.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall sequence: an opening, reasons to enjoy camping, possible disadvantages, your availability, and a closing. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these different functions, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “Apart from this” show how the positive points relate. Some connections are less smooth or overly mechanical, particularly “Here are some demerits” and “Primarily,” while the long sentence about weather and food combines several pieces of advice without clear separation. The final paragraph also moves quickly from your refusal to the closing. Use a wider range of natural transitions and divide related ideas into clearer sentences to make the progression more consistently fluent.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You use an adequate range for a friendly letter and attempt some less common expressions, including “elated,” “unforeseen weather conditions,” and “demerits.” These choices show ambition, but several are unnatural or inaccurate in context: “heartwhelming moments,” “went outstanding,” and “food will expensive there and unhealthy” do not express the intended ideas naturally. There are also spelling and word-form slips, such as “concious” and “I hopeful,” which reduce precision. The meaning is generally understandable, and the camping vocabulary is relevant, but more reliable collocations would strengthen the response. Prefer familiar, accurate phrases such as “memorable moments” and “the weather may be unpredictable” before attempting more elaborate wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause with “since” and advice clauses with “so” and “because.” However, some sentence structures and punctuation are not controlled consistently. For example, “As I already had the experience …, Which really went outstanding” is an incomplete construction, and “I recommend that take things according to it” is missing a subject and has an unclear grammatical pattern. In “I am incredibly occupied in this summer and could not make to accompany you,” the tense and verb pattern need correction. Capitalisation after commas and full stops is also inconsistent. Practise forming complete sentences and checking verb patterns; clearer control would make your varied attempts more effective.
