IELTS Writing Task 2 question
In many countries today, crime novels and TV crime dramas are becoming more and more popular. Why do you think these books and TV shows are popular? What is your opinion of crime fiction and TV crime dramas?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, people are getting more involved in the crime novels and the TV crime dramas. It has becoming the most viewed genera this days.
I think that people want to know more and more about the type of crime that are done today. By watching or reading they can get to know about what is happening around them. They can get knowledge of how they can be safe to protect themselves and their family or friends for crimes. People can also become socially aware about the steps they can take if any crimes occur to make sure that the criminal is being caught. Watching TV shows or read novel will help them to learn more about new evolving crime in this digital world.
