A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my interest to do part-time voluntary job in the museum.

I want to serve the society free of cost so they become familiar with our history and culture. Moreover, I am free on every weekend, therefore this work create opportunity for me to meet with new masses and enhance my experience by welcoming individuals who belongs to different location or nation.

I am working in a five star hotel. I have interpersonal skill that would be beneficial for museum to attract more tourism from different nation. Addition to this, I am multilingual that would helpful for the visitors who are not understand our native language. To mitigate this language barrier i can guide them in different languages.

I have full time job for five days a week and I am available for this work on weekend.
