A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter regarding the voluntary work at Steve-Robin museum. I am really excited and wants to contribute my effort towards the society.

From my early childhood, I have seen my parent's contribution towards the society in one or the another form; hence, it motivates me to work for needy people via NGO or museum.

On top of that, as I have completed master's in Computational Sciences, I can easily handle the computer department where you store the data entries of the visitors and the stock of the books you have in the library.

I will be available from the first week of April for at least 45 days, because my office is going under renovation. Additionally, I can also work anytime after my office hours.

I trust that you will give this matter your immediate attention. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
