A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am interested to apply for part-time voluntary work at the museum.

The main reason why I want to join this opportunity is that my summer break is going on and the museum is near to my home. This voluntary work will help me learn new things and to build strong connections with different communities and cultures. By getting this opportunity, I would be able to add this experience to my CV. I also have good communication and IT skills that will be helpful to do the work with full efficiency.

As I am on summer break, I have joined swimming classes for early in the morning, 5 am-9 am from Monday to Wednesday. I am available to work from Monday to Wednesday after 11 am, and Thursday to Saturday any time. If you need more information, I can also provide that. I hope to get a reply from you soon.
