A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well, I am writing this letter to apply for the volunteer job position available at your museum.

I was intrested to work at your museum and then one of my friend told me about this position, I'm aware about the position being unpaid which is completly fine for me. The main motive behind working at your location was to understand and know about our culture and history. I have been reading historical books and I've also visited diffrent museums around the globe, My knowledge would be beneficial for tourist as I would be able to teach them about our culture and heritage. I am mostly available to work full day during weekends and if you are hosting special events I would be able to make myself available. Please let me know if that would be posible or not, Lookinf forward to see you soon.
