A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Roop Sharma, writing this letter to do voluntary work in museum which is close to my house. I can utlise my summer holidays by spending time with diverse group of people.

Here are the reason why I want this voluntary work. As a got holidays form my university and I have done all my study work. So, it is better to get some practical knowledge by working at museum rather then wasting my time. As a result, I can enhance my knowledge about the history of this museum and opportunity to engage with different culture people's.

As I am a student and studying Tourism and Hospitality Management Degree so, this voluntary work is related to tousim and I have skills to manage guests with humbel and expressive nature.

Here the details of my availablities, I can work all weekdays after 12 O'clock except Monday and open availability for weekends.
