A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am available for your voluntary work in your museam.

Recently, I heard this news of availability of part-time worker by my friend. As this is close to my home, making me convinient to commute to work. Apart from connectivity, my dream since childhood is to work in the museum.

The reasons, which I think I might be suitable for this jobs are Resource managment, great communication skills, POS skills and professionalism. As I can easily manage to put books at their right places, make people easy to find books. With having great communication skills, I can guide begginers to their choice of books section. With having proper technical skills, able to manage inventory in the library.

If you think I would be one of voluntary worker. My availability would be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, holidays included. Waiting four response,
