A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing in regards to applying for a part-time voluntary work as a admin. I find this job relevant with my skill set.

I am persuing my masters in business and right now, I am having semester break. I would like to utilize my leisure time to gain some experience. I have good hands on Microsoft office, Powerpoint and Excel that are mandatory skill set to work as a admin in any office to work on presentation and documentation. Additionally, I can confidently interact with people of any age group. Therefore, I would be able to solve queries of all the visitors easily.

I would be able to start anytime as per your requirements. I prefer to work in the morning shift from 8am to 2pm. Also, I will attach my resume for your reference.
