A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter
- explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
- describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
- give details of when you would be available for work
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this email to discuss that I would like to join voluntary work at your organization.
Firstly, I would like to volunteer because it will enhance my skills and knowledge, which will assist me at my workplace. Moreover, I would like to contribute to the welfare of society, which will give me some peace of mind and happiness.
In addition, I might aid you with organizing stuff and also work as a tour guide. Furthermore, I can work at the ticket window because I used to work as a cashier; all these skills might help you at the museum.
Finally, I am mostly available on Monday and Thursday, and sometimes on Sunday evenings. I will be any time; please inform me a day in advance, and I will be there to volunteer.
