A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear sir,

I am a student currently studying in national university in history and I am interested to work as a voluntary at your museum. As a said that I am a history student I have knowledge about many things related to this museum and also I am an English medium student. So it will be helpful to guide and communicate with tourist. To be honest I have huge interest in historical subjects and I do not want lose this opportunity.

In addition , My summer vacation is started and I am free all day long. Only in the morning I can not do this job because on that time I usually busy with my academic study. It will be very helpful if you allow me to work at evening. I think it will be the best because tourists are like to visit museum at evening.

I would appreciate hearing from you within the next 2 days. Thank you for your attention.
