A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to apply for the part time voluntary job at the museum that you published on the local news paper. I am new to this city as a student who looking for a part time job.

I would like to do the part time job in the museum, because I am doing a course related to history. Working in a museum even though it is unpaid will gradually helps me in future for my career. Moreover, I had 1 year internship experience as a guide in a museum back in India and also I have good communication skills in multiple languages like English, French and Hindi.

Since I am a student, I have some limitations for my availability. I am fully available on weekend and I can work from 2 PM to 7 PM on weekdays.
