A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

Dear museum director,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to hear that a museum near my hometown is looking for people to do voluntary work. I am so excited to join this work as it is related to our culture and tradition. Being a innovative person, I like to do various things. Also, I will get a chance to learn about new things and skills.

In addition, I do not have enough experience any job, so, this work will be helpful and useful in the future. However, I have good communication and computer experience, which would help me to work as an assistant staff. It often increases my skills and enhances my courage.

Please describe me some details for this job, which will be helpful for my career development. Through this work, I will learn about different art museums and history. This work will be near my home, so, I would be greatful if you accept my application.
