A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary/unpaid work. You would like to do some voluntary/unpaid work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for the voluntary/unpaid work. In your letter

• explain why you want to do voluntary/unpaid work at the museum
• describe some skills and qualities you have that would be useful
• give details of when you would be available for work

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are keeping well. I am writing to apply for a part-time voluntary work at museum.

Currently, I am in my last semester of a Petroleum Engineering at University of Calgary. If I have get a voluntary work experience, I would eligible to graduate from my university. Therefore, I would love to join your organization and learn new skills along with voluntary work.

Additionally, I used to work as a manager in community gas station for couple of years. Moreover, I have good communication skills, management skills and also, I am fluent in English speaking. I am confident that my skills are beneficial to your organization.

As I mentioned earlier I am at my last semester and I have to attend classes on weekdays. Therefore, I am available to work on a weekends with full availability.
